Retail Construction Project Manager
A Rochester retail builder is looking for additional retail project managers! Local work, full benefits (401k, health, PTO, Bonus).
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion of retail construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial constraints.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and design specifications.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure the highest standards of construction are maintained.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure best practices in construction management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Retail Construction Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing retail construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Completed retail GC projects ranging from 250k-$1 Million dollars
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and standards within the property industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- An ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
