- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with project needs.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to maintain project momentum.

Profile
A successful Remote Retail Construction Senior Project Manager should have:
- Prior Senior Project Manager Experience managing retail construction projects.
- Retail project experience ranging from $250k -$1.2 Million dollars.
- 5+ Years as a Senior Project Manager
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and scheduling.
