Build relationships with the dealers as well as with the Dealer Relations Managers DRMs to maximize working relationships and increase MBFS retail and lease penetration.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze decision and investigate retail and lease credit applications and communicate those decisions to the dealer via the ACE system and telephone in a timely manner. When necessary negotiate conditional approvals with dealers. Execute buying strategies for dealer body as directed by management. 60Build positive dealer relations to increase market penetration while providing professional courteous consultative and timely customer service. Support and assist Dealer Relations Managers by becoming the inside sales force and by helping sell the benefits of MBFS retail programs. 20Participate in ongoing development responsibilities such as training coaching and team meetings to improve underwriting skills. Work on various assignments andor reporting responsibilities to support information sharing for the continuous improvement of the Retail Credit team. 10Support eContracting and eDiscounting by working directly with the dealer and Case360 to correct mismatch errors between the contract and the MBFS credit system.
