ABOUT THE ROLE Join the team at The UPS Store in Round Rock! While we are a world-class brand, this location is locally owned and operated by LAL Horizons. We have proudly served the community for over 10 years and are looking for a customer-focused Associate for our store located right off I-35. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide world-class customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries.
Expertly advise customers on shipping options, professional printing, and document finishing.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and specialized shipping/tracking software.
Assist customers with professional printing, binding, and laminating projects.
Take ownership of customer needs and offer viable solutions for shipping and logistics.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a plus).
Ability to learn new software and retail processes in a short amount of time.
Prompt, reliable, and professional in appearance.
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including basic math and spelling).
