Lead and ensure compliance with SOPs, execute key performance indicators, and support store recovery, safety, and shrink programs.
Coordinate events, manage inventory and cash processes, and assist with onboarding and coaching team members to achieve results.
Serve as Manager on Duty, promote positive customer interactions, and support special services like custom framing in applicable stores.
Work involves standing, lifting, and moving throughout the store, including some outdoor and physical tasks; flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings is required.
