About the Role\n \nThe Retail Data Coordinator plays a critical support role within the Buying team, helping ensure operational excellence across merchandising, planning, and product functions. This position combines administrative coordination with data management responsibilities, supporting cross-functional partners and maintaining the flow of product, vendor, and reporting information.\n \nIn this role, you will help organize key meetings, manage vendor reporting, maintain product and order data, and support seasonal planning milestones. You will work closely with teams across Merchandising, Planning, Product, Design, and Sourcing to keep projects, communications, and operational tasks running smoothly.\n \nYou'll Make a Difference By\n\n Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and cross-functional teams\n Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and recap notes for key meetings and seasonal reviews\n Tracking action items and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion\n Organizing and maintaining shared digital files, reports, and team documentation\n Supporting seasonal buy board preparation and product strategy decks\n Assisting with seasonal line review planning, milestone tracking, and internal deadlines\n Coordinating travel logistics for product meetings, leadership conferences, sales meetings, and store openings\n Attending sales and seasonal meetings to document discussions and track follow-up actions\n Maintaining a calendar of store-specific events and regional market moments that may influence assortment needs and inventory flow\n Supporting special projects and process improvement initiatives for the Buying team\n Managing vendor-related operational tasks including invoice reconciliation and vendor reporting\n Maintaining order data through uploads, updates, and ongoing order maintenance\n Monitoring direct shipment replenishment needs and assisting with vendor coordination\n Preparing monthly reporting for vendors and supporting internal vendor-level reporting\n Providing general administrative support to the broader Buying team as needed\n Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs\n \nAbout You\n\n Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously\n Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data, reports, and order information\n Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders\n Strong written and verbal communication skills\n Proactive problem solver who follows through on tasks and action items\n Skilled in administrative coordination, scheduling, and documentation\n Experience working with reporting, vendor coordination, or retail product data is preferred\n Proficient with standard business tools (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared drives, and presentation software)\n* Able to adapt in a fast-paced retail or merchandising environment\n \nAbout Ariat\n \nAriat is an innovative, outdoor global brand with roots in equestrian performance.
