With four unique locations and decades of experience, we're known for expert service, deep industry knowledge, and a tight-knit team that thrives in a fast-paced winter environment.Job OverviewWe are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team for the winter season. This is an in-person, customer-facing role that requires full-time availability throughout our operating months. As a Shop Team Member, you'll assist guests with ski rentals, retail sales, boot fittings, and overall shop operations. Full-time employees are scheduled four days per week, working 10-hour shifts from 8:00am to 6:00pm.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable mannerSet up ski and snowboard rentals, including DIN testing (training provided)Process transactions, returns, and exchangesSupport retail sales and product restockingMaintain cleanliness and organization of shop spaceAssist with ski tuning check-ins and pick-upsMonitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock needs.Help create a positive team environment during high-volume periodsQualificationsMust be available to work 10-hour shifts and commit to the full season (December-April)Weekend and holiday availability requiredStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to be on your feet for extended periodsReliable transportation to and from shop location (Alta, UT)Retail or ski industry experience is a plus, but not required
