About the Role:Palm Beach Tan is looking for a driven and experienced District Manager to lead teams across the Oklahoma City area! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by inspiring teams, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple locations. Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Palm Beach Tan salon locations within the district
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop salon managers and team members to meet performance goals
- Foster a positive, high-energy team culture focused on customer satisfaction and retention
- Drive district-wide membership goals, sales growth, and revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure brand standards, compliance, and customer service excellence are consistently upheld
- Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and operational audits
- Collaborate with regional leadership to implement company initiatives and promotional strategies
Requirements:- 3+ years of multi-unit retail or salon management experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in retail operations, technology, and competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to travel regularly between locations within the district
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset
