Job Description
As a Retail Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of beautiful products to our valued customers. You will be the face of our company on the road, maintaining a positive image and providing top-notch delivery service.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport merchandise from our warehouse to retail locations and customers' homes.
Load and unload delicate products with a high level of care and efficiency.
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules promptly.
Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures.
Provide excellent, friendly customer service during each interaction.
Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness and operability of your assigned vehicle.
Strictly adhere to company policies and all traffic laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Licensing: A valid Class E Driver’s License (or state equivalent) with a clean driving record is required for this role.
Driving Experience: Having 2 years of experience driving company vehicles is a perfered.
Industry Experience: While not strictly mandatory, previous experience handling and delivering floral arrangements is highly desired! We would love to find someone who understands the gentle care required for our products.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Physical Ability: The capacity to handle a physical workload, including lifting, bending, and moving items up to [insert weight, e.g., 50] pounds.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
