We're hiring Retail Energy Advisors to join our growing team inside high-traffic retail locations. In this customer-facing role, you'll educate shoppers about energy savings programs and help them find opportunities to lower their monthly electric bills.

What You'll Do
As a Retail Energy Advisor, you will:
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.

- Identify opportunities to help customers reduce their monthly energy costs.
- Explain energy solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Assist eligible customers with enrolling in qualifying energy programs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
- Meet daily and weekly customer engagement goals.
- Stay current on energy products, promotions, and program updates through ongoing training.
- Represent our company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
