Base Pay Range:
$72,000 - $84,000The Retail Experience Specialist (RES) will play a pivotal role in enhancing the tire sales capabilities of Metro Market dealership service advisors. The primary focus of this position is to educate, train, and support dealerships in understanding the importance and benefits of selling tires, qualifying customers effectively, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The RES is responsible for specific Metro Market areas, requiring local travel within those regions and periodic travel to headquarters for training and planning.
