Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Position Overview: Our client is seeking Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts to join the team on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months, supporting the retail floor leading up to the opening of a new Chicago store in January. This is a part-time opportunity with 3 openings available. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, creating a warm and engaging shopping experience, and supporting day-to-day retail operations.
Responsibilities of the Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts:- Greet and welcome customers while providing a friendly, personalized experience.
- Assist customers and anticipate their needs.
- Support the retail floor and day-to-day store operations.
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging sales floor.
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Communicate effectively with different personalities and team members.
- Take initiative to resolve customer needs and support store goals.
- Follow store policies and procedures.
Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts:- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven retail environment.
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic technology skills.
- Ability to work on your feet in a retail environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts:- Retail or beauty industry experience.
- Sales experience.
- Interest in skincare, body care, and/or fragrance.
- Experience creating a high-touch customer experience.
