Location: St. Johns, FL (Silverleaf Area)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: MonFri: 9 AM 6 PM, Sat: 9 AM 5 PM, Sunday: Closed (One weekday off; shorter in-office days for appointments eventually)

Overview:

Our client is a growing, locally operated flooring company opening a second location in the Silverleaf area. They are creating a boutique-style showroom experiencewarm, stylish, personal, and service-focused.

This role is ideal for someone who is sales-driven, enjoys a fast-paced environment, has an eye for design, and loves guiding customers through product options, quality differences, and design choices.

Position: Retail Flooring Sales Associate

Were seeking a motivated, people-focused sales professional who enjoys helping customers bring their home design visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with flooring options, quality, and design choices
• Provide accurate estimates and close sales confidently
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with installers and project teams to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred (flooring, design, or home improvement a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Eye for design and attention to detail
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable using technology
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $45,000 annually
• Commission & Bonuses: Uncapped
