Join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor and play a key role in store leadership.
- Supervise store operations, staff, and ensure excellent customer service while working closely with management.
- Train, develop, and coach team members to maximize sales and promote safety and asset protection.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining a positive, diverse team culture.
- Make informed decisions to solve issues and ensure smooth front-end operations.
- Drive community engagement and participate in workload planning.
Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to handle merchandise and stand for extended periods is necessary.
