Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience
- Guide customers through furniture selections, offering product knowledge on styles, materials, and dimensions
- Process sales transactions accurately, including financing options and payment plans
- Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom through merchandising and display upkeep
- Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and post-sale satisfaction
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; furniture or home goods experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Basic computer proficiency for processing orders and managing customer accounts
- Ability to stand and walk the showroom floor for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
- High school diploma or GED required
