Job Description
The GM Role is the Senior Leadership Role responsible for all Hiring, Mentoring, Training, and Developing the Staff to provide World Class Customer Experience through Product Knowledge, Customer Enagement, and exciting in-store Merchandising. The General Manager will train and coach our team for continuous improvement in our In-Store Customer Experience. This role is responsible for all Staff Training, Merchandising, and Operational & Administrative functions within the store. The Texas Boot Company is a growing organization looking for Talented and Driven Individuals to help us grow.
Job Responsibilities
Responbilities Include:
- Hiring, training, developing, mentoring and Leading a staff through continuous improvemet while providing a world class customer experience.
- Maintaining a Staff Training Program on Brand Knowledge, Customer Engagegement, Fit and Style Guidance to Guide our Customers through the process of finding and achieving thier style apsirations.
- Leading the Management Team through In-Store Merchandising, and Social Media Merchandising. to showcase the story of the specially curated Brands we offer and engage and excite our customers on the new fashions and styles for each season.
- Setting the example for the each employee in modeling the Texas Boot Company Culture.
- Developing Staff to Meet and Exceed Quarterly Sales Goals.

Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for Boots and Western Wear are KEY
- Must have 5 years of RETAIL management experience.
- Strong Leadership, Team Development Skills, Merchandizing Skills, and Organizational and Interpersonal/Communication skills; as well as problem solving ability and analytical skills.
- Team Development Skills to build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive and fun work environment predicated on pride in achieving a world class customer experience and meeting or exceeding Sales Goals
- Strong Merchandising Background is essential.
- Availability to work any hours the store is open.
