Retail & Guest Service Attendant (Part-time)

This guest-facing, mobile role independently supports retail and food-and-beverage service in the Retail Marketplace, pool, lobby, and other outlets as needed. The team member proactively approaches guests, takes and fulfills food, beverage, and retail orders, uses suggestive selling, processes transactions, and delivers items. Requires frequent walking, standing, stairs, carrying items, and outlet transitions while maintaining product knowledge and initiative during low traffic.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Engages guests in assigned areas with outstanding, on-brand service; answers questions, makes recommendations, and promotes additional purchases.
• Takes and fulfills beverage, appetizer, grab-and-go food, and retail orders; prepares, retrieves, and delivers items while following food-handling and sanitation procedures.
• Rings up food and retail sales accurately using the POS system and follows established payment and cash-handling procedures.
• Maintains floor and service-area stock; replenishes merchandise, arranges displays with labels forward, and assists with floor moves and rotating inventory.
• Works independently across alternate retail, pool, recreational, and food-and-beverage outlets as business needs require.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent training, education, and experience.
• Customer-facing experience in serving, concessions, hospitality, sales, retail, or cash handling preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic, sales-minded personality; superior guest-relations skills; comfortable proactively approaching guests in a physically active role.
• At least 21 years of age and possess or obtain a Food Handlers and TAM Card, as required for assigned alcohol-service responsibilities.
