What Youll Do
- Dispense medications accurately in both retail and hospital settings
- Provide patient counseling and medication management support
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Manage medication inventory and ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols
- Float between retail pharmacy and hospital inpatient pharmacy as needed
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and safety standards
- Document prescriptions and medication interactions using appropriate charting systems
What You Need
- Valid Missouri Pharmacist license (RPh/MO)
- PharmD or RPh degree
- Proven experience in retail and inpatient pharmacy environments
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical settings
- Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice and the ability to float between locations
