Known for delivering high-quality spaces for leading brands, the company has built a strong reputation through repeat business, long-standing client relationships, and a commitment to promoting top performers from within.Job DescriptionManage retail and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Review drawings, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and subcontractors.Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the client's expectations.Support business development efforts and help maintain strong client relationships.
