What You'll Do
Engage customers one-on-one: Greet shoppers, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions
Direct sales & upselling: Introduce and close sales effectively using proven strategies
Client management: Represent telecommunications, charity, and sports campaigns with professionalism
Customer service: Handle inquiries, returns, and follow-up with friendly and efficient support
Training participation: Attend morning and evening sessions to continuously refine your skills
Team collaboration: Share insights, support colleagues, and help us hit weekly targets
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first attitude with a friendly, positive presence
Comfortable standing and actively engaging with customers
Eager to learn and quick to apply coaching
Previous retail or direct sales experience is a plus—but your enthusiasm matters most
