Are you looking for a fun and energetic work environment? Our Kaanapali restaurant is hiring a Retail Associate to showcase and sell Maui Brewing Company merchandise. This position is primarily retail-focused but will assist at the host stand when needed.
Job Title: Retail Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kaanapali Wages: $15.75/hr + commission on all retail items sold in the restaurant Shift: Varied (includes evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Brief overview: Actively engage guests to promote and sell retail merchandise Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays Accurately handle retail transactions and maintain stock levels Assist at the host stand during peak periods (managing waitlist, seating coordination) Answer guest questions about our products, brewery, and brand
What We're Looking For:
• Previous retail sales experience strongly preferred • Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills • Ability to meet sales goals through exceptional customer service • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment • Team player who can support both retail and host stand operations as needed
