Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads by engaging with potential customers through various channels, including in-person events in our partnered retail stores.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting Closet Factory's products and services in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to foster interest and trust.
• Capture accurate customer information and schedule design consultations.
• Maintain a clean, inviting display area with current marketing materials.
• Report daily activity and feedback to the Retail Lead Generation Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, sales, marketing, or lead generation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and availability to attend events as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Confidence initiating conversations with shoppers
• Ability to stay positive and self‑motivated during slower traffic periods
• Basic computer skills for entering leads and tracking results
