Responsibilities * Generate and qualify leads by engaging with potential customers through various channels, including in-person events in our partnered retail stores. * Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting Closet Factory's products and services in a professional and enthusiastic manner. * Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to foster interest and trust. * Capture accurate customer information and schedule design consultations. * Maintain a clean, inviting display area with current marketing materials. * Report daily activity and feedback to the Retail Lead Generation Manager.
