Performs a variety of administrative and customer service functions related to the support of retail loans retained in JCBank's portfolio and loans sold to third-party investors. Performs the monitoring of mortgage escrow accounts, payment of property taxes, homeowners and flood insurance, private mortgage insurance, credit insurance and a variety of other loan related vendor invoices. Performs administrative functions related to maintaining and providing loan account and bank loan product information as well as problem solving support to Retail Loan supervision, retail loan officers, other departments, vendors, borrowers and other entities.
