    Job Description

    We are seeking an outgoing professional that has a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow with a successful organization as a Retail Manager with Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute!

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide training to retail advisors, manage staff schedule, provide coaching to staff as needed, perform interviews for new staff
    • Educate guests on products
    • Ensure guests have a smooth transition from beginning of appointment until they check out
    • Manage appointment books and scheduling
    • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members.
    • Help maintain clean sales and stock areas
    • Manage inventory

     

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years in a management role in a high volume retail or guest service environment
    • Outgoing and high energy, able to multi-task, experience managing inventory, Aveda experience a plus!

     

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    Direct reports include Retail Advisors.
