United Prairie Bank is hiring a Retail Manager in our Mt Lake & Windom branch.  This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, located in Mt Lake & Windom MN.

Job Overview:

In this position you will oversee the retail bank sales area.  This includes staffing, training, compliance, and coordinating all activities to ensure the highest quality customer service is provided in a professional and efficient manner. 

Annual Compensation Range: $65,276-$99,651. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications for this Opportunity:

  • High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years in work experience in banking, and/or retail sales management area
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a supervisor
  • 3+ years of related experience in a financial services industry preferred
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
