    As the Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our store, overseeing daily operations, mentoring your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys a warm and engaging shopping experience. With a hands-on approach, you'll drive sales, maintain an inviting store environment, and foster a culture of excellence.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.
    • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and team scheduling.
    • Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
    • Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to inspire customers and employees alike.
    • Ensure the store remains beautifully maintained, well-stocked, and inviting.
    • Handle administrative responsibilities, including cash management, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
    • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
    What We’re Looking For:
    • Retail management experience (2+ years preferred).
    • A passion for food, flavors, and creating memorable customer experiences.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems. 
    • A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
    • Comfort using point-of-sale systems and managing store operations.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

    Compensation: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
