AC Hardware Sea Bright LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in Sea Bright, NJ. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
Lead, schedule, and develop a team of retail associates
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure product availability
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and loss prevention protocols
Handle cash management, POS systems, and daily reporting
Requirements:
2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with inventory management and retail POS systems
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Hardware, home improvement, or specialty retail experience is a plus
Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset
