The Retail Marketing Coordinator serves as the executional backbone of all retail-facing marketing efforts, ensuring seamless rollout of campaigns, promotions, and brand communications across all STIIIZY locations. This role blends creative coordination with operational logistics—bridging corporate marketing strategy with store-level execution. Working cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and creative teams, this person ensures brand consistency, timing accuracy, and campaign effectiveness across multiple channels and regions. While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.
