Position: Retail Merchandise Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Analyze product performance and communicate performance effectively to relevant partners
• Create merchandise categories that promote key products and assortments
• Formulate, organize, and execute merchandising standards for the ecommerce site that support the brand strategy and drive KPIs
• Oversee all site merchandising and content, establish the strategy for how best to sell products online and how to optimize the customer experience
• Responsible for the development, execution, and communication of seasonal and replenishment merchandising strategies
• Provide quantitative (data) and qualitative (trend) research to determine seasonal assortments and promotional strategies
• Ensure timely delivery of outstanding orders and provide updates
• Execute seasonal strategies for category that meet or exceed the financial goals
• Responsible for execution and maintenance of merchandising guidelines and communicating product knowledge information to the store
• Provide general support to for all store merchandise needs through regular communication
• Partner with store management for an understanding of current and potential needs
• Responsible for managing merchandise consolidation
• Ability to identify key trends
• Review monthly department reports on a basis
• Help in setting stock store inventory targets for the hostesses to follow
• Develop product tools to support stores in driving business

Salary Range (NY only): $62,400 - $80,000 per year
