Job Title: Retail Merchandiser / Overnight Remodel Specialist

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour (Day Shift: $17.00/hr | Night Shift: $18.00/hr)

Hours: Day & Night Shifts Available (Full-Time / Part-Time)

  Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  Night Shift (Overnight Remodel): Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

We are currently hiring for both standard daytime merchandising routes and overnight store remodel blitz teams.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are well-stocked, correctly displayed, or assisting overnight crews in physically relocating store sections and displays according to planograms.
What You'll Do
Daytime Merchandising Duties:

• 
  Stocking and replenishing products at store locations within your assigned route area.
  
• 
  Arranging merchandise according to planograms and schematics provided.
  
• 
  Conducting resets, updating product displays, and price tags as needed.
  
• 
  Maintaining store cleanliness and assisting store staff with inventory placement.
  

Nighttime Remodel & Reset Duties (Overnight Crew):

• 
  Work as part of a collaborative 10–15 person overnight team to execute store remodels (projects typically run 4–6 weeks per store).
  
• 
  Physically move and relocate full shelving displays, entire product sections, and inventory overnight.
  
• 
  Follow schematics/planograms to rebuild and set up new store layouts so the store is fully functional for morning shoppers.
  
• 
  Relocate stock, price stickers, and signage efficiently.
  

What You'll Bring

• 
  A high school diploma or equivalent, along with verifiable work references.
  
• 
  Prior experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, or warehouse work preferred.
  
• 
  Reliable transportation, as daily travel to assigned local store locations is required.
  
• 
  Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift merchandise/shelving during 8-hour shifts.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive communication.
