Our merchandisers work on an as-needed, gig-style basis, mainly completing short projects typically lasting about 1 hour, with occasional longer resets or store jobs. They are integral to the company, skilled in audits, displays, resets, planogram implementation, and POP/POS placement, building strong store relationships.
Pay rates range from $17.00-$19.00, varying by client. Ideal candidates are self-starters, tech-savvy, organized, and flexible, with at least 1 year of merchandising, resets, and planogram experience.
Qualifications include a smartphone with internet, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Physical demands involve bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
This is gig work, not full or part-time, with flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and support. Requirements: 18+, weekend and weekday availability, attention to detail, and ability to travel within the region.
