Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

Pay: $17.00 per hour 

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are currently hiring for standard daytime merchandising routes to support Shaw's and Star Market locations.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are well-stocked, correctly displayed, and store sections are visually appealing according to planograms.
What You'll Do

• 
  Daytime Merchandising Duties: Stocking and replenishing products at store locations within your assigned route area.
  
• 
  Arranging merchandise according to planograms and schematics provided.
  
• 
  Conducting resets, updating product displays, and replacing price tags as needed.
  
• 
  Maintaining store cleanliness and assisting store staff with inventory placement.
  
• 
  Traveling between a designated group of local stores within your region on a weekly rotation.
  

What You'll Bring

• 
  A high school diploma or equivalent, along with verifiable work references.
  
• 
  Prior experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, or warehouse work preferred.
  
• 
  Reliable transportation, as daily travel to assigned local store locations is required.
  
• 
  Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift merchandise/shelving during 8-hour shifts.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail, reliability, and proactive communication.

Location & Schedule

  Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

  You will receive your specific route and store schedule on a weekly or bi-weekly basis from your supervisor.
