We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual for a Retail Operations and Business Manager position. As the Retail Operations and Business Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight, curation and health of Union Bank's branch and contact center policies and procedures. Ensure clearly defined procedures for account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing. Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Audit, and Digital partners to ensure a clear procedure road map is in place for all Retail teams.

Requirements

• Related bachelor's degree and/or Banking experience of 10 years or greater including completion of related banking courses.
• Extensive knowledge of all deposit products and services.
• Familiarity with the principles of lending and related assistance programs, and Treasury Management.
• Proficient knowledge of and experience with platform, teller, and applicable loan origination systems.
• Vendor Management including cash in transit and bank transaction systems,
• Responsible for keeping up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.
• Software Utilized: Microsoft Office, Paylocity, Lending and Treasury Management platforms as required, Synergy, Silverlake, SL Teller, and ArgoKeys.
• Data fluency and manipulation: Must be able to intake data from multiple systems and create/maintain dashboards and scorecards.

Salary Description

$70,000 - $80,000/ annually
