The Retail Operations Project Specialist supports retail business, administrative tasks, and special projects in a full-time role (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities include planning and coordinating events and campaigns, managing licensing agreements and sales reports, assisting with global retail programs, preparing business presentations, managing calendars and communications, and supporting marketing and trademark enforcement efforts.
Qualifications include a relevant degree, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively. Physical demands involve lifting and extended periods of standing or sitting. This role reports to the Director of Retail Operations and does not supervise staff.
