As a Product Manager on our team, youll be a part of diverse and supportive team that ensures our technology fulfills Apples vision of enabling employees to deliver the best Retail experience in the world. Youll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Store Operations, Online, and Marketing teams to deliver technology solutions that enhance the customer experience and optimize business processes in our stores. Our Personalization team focuses on supporting our employees by surfacing relevant product recommendations, customer insights, and creating dynamic workflows to make the shopping experience as seamless and curated as possible. Own the end-to-end product development and delivery lifecycle for technology solutions, from ideation and strategy through execution, launch, and ongoing health/support. This includes creating product vision, roadmap, requirements documents, systems maps, and other outputs for large cross-functional business initiatives.
Represent interests of business and technology through the design, development, and deployment of new technology and systems.
Ensure coordination of funding, release schedules, communicate status, issue resolution, resource alignment, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with business partners and engineering teams to identify, mobilize, and execute solutions leading design reviews, feature prioritization, and negotiating features to meet release schedules.
