About the Role:
Ace Medical Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Pharmacy Technician to join our team in beautiful Beverly Hills, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and service every day.



Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Handle insurance billing, prior authorizations, and resolve claim rejections
• Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries at the counter and over the phone
• Maintain and organize pharmacy inventory, including receiving and stocking medications
• Prepare prescription labels and ensure proper medication packaging and labeling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace in accordance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacy Technician license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Previous retail pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Familiarity with Pioneer RX is a plus 
• Knowledge of insurance billing and third-party claims processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively as part of a team
