Pharmacy Technicians in Valley View— Urgently hiring!

Job Title: Retail Pharmacy Technician and/or Floater Pharmacy Technician
Pay: $21 - $24 per hour (depending on licensure/experience) 
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–7 PM, with rotating weekends every 3rd weekend (Retail position), and/or 8 AM–7 PM (Floater position)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll support accurate, patient-focused pharmacy operations. You'll work closely with the pharmacy team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Patient care, filling, entering, and selling scripts
  • Inventory counts, stocking, and processing returns
  • Assist with processing prescription orders and perform quality assurance checks
  • Maintain a clean, compliant workflow to support safe pharmacy operations
  • Communicate with patients, prescribers, and healthcare providers to support timely care
  • Provide patient/family support by explaining medications and basic pharmacy processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts while maintaining regulatory compliance


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician credentials
  • Minimum 1 year of retail or outpatient pharmacy experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Floater position note: Requires reliable transportation to travel between any of the 12 retail locations from Beachwood to Middleburg.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Valley View, OH and offers Monday–Friday, 8 AM–7:00 PM, with weekend rotation working every 3rd weekend, Saturday 7:30 AM–4 PM and Sunday 9:45 AM–2 PM, or Monday–Friday, 8 AM–7 PM.
