  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish within a budget and timeframe
  • Recognize opportunities for growth and develop systems to achieve them
  • Coordinate and prepare materials required for campaign execution
  • Partner with various bank departments and outside vendors to coordinate campaigns, implement procedures and produce results
  • Achieve financial objectives by negotiating with vendors and suppliers
  • Initiate partnership/business development within the community to promote sales production
  • Research alternative sales methods and products
  • Assist with planning and coordinating events supported by the Retail Department
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for each project
  • Proof and edit material to assure error-free communication
  • Provide weekly status reports to management
  • Travel dependent upon business need
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
