Music Store Retail Sales and Customer Service

Position is a flex position between Waukesha, West Bend and Brookfield. Could be PT for FT.

We are currently seeking personable sales and customer service people to help our customers with all of their musical needs. We seek people who are engaging, customer focused team players who can be music advocates. This is a retail position, for retail hours working in a business with a culture of collaboration, individual growth, and a desire to fulfill our customer's needs.

Sales experience preferred but not required. SOME KNOWLEGE OF MUSIC MUST BE DOCUMENTED IN YOUR SUBMISSION TO BE CONSIDERED. Preference will be shown for background in band or orchestra instruments.

Job Functions:

• Provides excellent customer service.
• Assists customers in renting instruments
• Helps our customers purchase the right Products through Need Fulfillment Selling
• Learns about products in all areas of the store, in order to provide better customer service and to work in all areas as needed.

• Unpacks, displays, and maintains the condition of store merchandise.
• Cleans and maintains the sales floor and stock areas, including dusting fixturesand sweeping the floor.
• Polishes, cleans and tunes instruments
• Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays
