Retail Sales Assistant

Overview

Retrofête is currently seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant/Runner

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Associates and ensuring a smooth daily store operations. You will be responsible for assisting with floor support, stock management, and client service, helping the sales team deliver on store goals while maintaining the brand’s elevated standards

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates in delivering outstanding customer service by assisting with fitting rooms, pulling sizes and style recommendations, styling support, and product requests
• Ensure the sales floor is replenished, organized, and visually aligned with brand standards at all times
• Assist with stockroom organization, transfers, and inventory processes
• Provide back-of-house support, including tagging, steaming, and preparing product for the floor
• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome while directing them to available Sales Associates for personalized service
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment
• Support store events and promotional activities as needed
• Act as an ambassador for the company

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for fashion, style, and providing exceptional service
• Flexible schedule with ability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
