Retail Sales Associate

Client Overview:
Our client is a leading contemporary fashion/apparel brand known for its elevated women's fashion and modern aesthetic. They are looking to add a Retail Sales Associate to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join a Fashion Retail team in Beverly Hills for a 3-month seasonal assignment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, strong client service skills, and a genuine passion for fashion. Experience in women's retail, premium, contemporary, or luxury fashion is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Assist clients with product selection, styling, and purchases.
• Build strong relationships with customers and support repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products, collections, and current fashion trends.
• Support merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor.
• Assist with fitting room coverage, POS transactions, and other daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:

• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for fashion and providing an elevated client experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Professional and polished presentation.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:

• Women's apparel and fashion retail experience.
• Premium, contemporary, or luxury retail experience.
• Experience with clienteling and building customer relationships.
• Experience working toward individual or store sales goals.
• Styling or fashion merchandising experience.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
