Retail Sales Associate

Client Overview:
A contemporary women's fashion brand is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and client-focused professional who enjoys working in a customer-facing, team-oriented environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr

Position Overview:
The Retail Sales Associate will provide an elevated customer experience while supporting sales, client engagement, merchandising, and daily store operations. The ideal candidate has prior women's retail experience, strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a customer-facing, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and brand offerings.
• Support daily sales floor operations and maintain visual standards.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and organization of the sales floor.
• Build rapport with clients and support ongoing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store goals.
• Perform additional retail responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:

• 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous women's retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, polished, and client-focused.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Weekend availability required.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:

• Luxury or contemporary fashion retail experience.
• Experience working toward sales goals.
• Strong interest in women's fashion and retail.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
