About BioBliss

\n

BioBliss is a cool new wellness destination opening on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. We are charting new territory by combining retail sales with on-site "biohacking" experiences so customers can walk in feeling tired and stressed, and walk out feeling relaxed and recharged in only 30 minutes.

We're building something entirely new and looking for curious, energetic people who want to grow with us from the beginning.

\n

Job Description:

\n

The position is called "Bliss Guide," and it is a sales/ hospitality position with competitive hourly rates plus commissions. But, this is not your typical retail job. Every day you'll introduce guests to cutting-edge wellness technologies, biohacking experiences, premium supplements, and innovative products designed to help people feel better.

\n

Education is a key part of this role. While prior knowledge of supplements and wellness products is helpful, curiosity and a willingness to learn are even more important.

\n

The ideal candidate is excited about wellness and biohacking, enjoys connecting with people, and can help match guests with the products, services, and experiences that fit their goals while driving sales.

\n

 

\n

What You'll Do

\n

Give exceptional one-on-one guest service

\n

Introduce guests to innovative wellness technologies, supplements, memberships, and recovery experiences

\n

Confidently explain and demonstrate BioBliss offerings in a way that is approachable, educational, and engaging

\n

Learn and follow legal guidelines when discussing supplements and wellness products

\n

Assist guests on and off wellness devices and experiences

\n

Clean, reset, and sanitize equipment between guests

\n

Support booking, scheduling, merchandising, inventory management, and daily operations

\n

Maintain a beautiful, clean, and welcoming environment

\n

\n

Preferred Experience

\n

Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, fitness, wellness, spa, beauty, concierge services, membership sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required.

\n

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

\n

First Aid certification, concierge experience, and familiarity with wellness or fitness environments are a plus, but not required.

\n

We believe curiosity, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are more important than existing product knowledge.

Physical Requirements

\n

Ability to stand and move throughout the workday

\n

Ability to lift and move merchandise, supplies, and equipment as needed

\n

Comfortable assisting guests with wellness experiences and daily store operations

\n

Compensation & Perks:

\n

Base Pay: $15.00/hour

\n

Commission: Earn extra on every supplement and wellness device you sell

\n

Free Wellness: Free biohacking & nervous system reset sessions (during off-peak hours)

\n
