Greet guests and provide a warm, professional, and welcoming studio experience.
Manage front desk operations, including phones, guest check-in/check-out, scheduling, and transactions.
Schedule and rebook appointments while proactively filling cancellations and openings to keep Service Provider schedules full and productive.
Educate guests on services, memberships, enhancements, gift cards, and retail products.
Support membership sales, guest retention, and studio performance goals.
Ensure Service Providers have the supplies and resources needed to provide exceptional service.
Assist with laundry and maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment rooms and shared studio areas.
Maintain accurate guest, appointment, and membership information.
Work collaboratively with the studio team and assist with opening, closing, and other daily operational duties as needed.

Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.
