Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

$15 per hour, plus commission and monthly bonuses

 

Welcome to Elements Massage Middleton and Fitchburg, two locally owned wellness studios dedicated to helping clients feel their best. We’re looking for friendly, dependable Client Experience Specialists who enjoy connecting with people, providing exceptional service, and helping clients make massage and skincare part of their regular wellness routine. Full-time and part-time positions are available at both locations.

What You Will Do

• Welcome clients and create a warm, positive experience
• Manage check-ins, checkouts, phones, and scheduling
• Explain our Wellness Program and help clients choose options that meet their needs
• Build relationships that encourage clients to return
• Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Support the daily flow of the studio and contribute to a positive team culture

What We Are Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
• Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Confident discussing memberships and wellness services
• Available for evening and weekend shifts

 

Customer service, retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or membership sales experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
