• Strong phone skills are a must

• Motivated by goals and comfortable working with performance metrics
• Sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable with basic computer systems
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing, positive, and engaging personality
• Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with MindBody software is a bonus
