• Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring displays are appealing
• Assist in inventory management and restocking merchandise
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems is a plus
