We’re hiring a Retail Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to introduce energy management solutions while delivering a consultative, results-driven experience.

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers through in-person customer engagement in a retail environment
• Offer in-store energy sales consultations and provide customized recommendations on electricity plans and reliable energy services.
• Open and activate new customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
• Build strong customer relationships through a personalized sales approach
• Handle objections confidently and guide customers through the decision-making process
• Track sales activity and performance using company systems
• Stay up to date on current promotions, products, and technology
