We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Chicagoland market. This role combines retail sales and event-based marketing, working face to face with customers inside high-traffic retail locations and at local events. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and building your sales career from the ground up, this is a great opportunity to get started.

No prior experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with customers in retail stores and event settings
• Present current promotions and service options in a clear, confident way
• Drive new customer enrollments and hit weekly sales targets
• Build rapport and deliver a strong customer experience
• Answer questions, handle objections, and close sales professionally
• Track customer interactions and sales using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance
• Represent client brands with professionalism and energy
